Any user can submit content for publication on the DSG Hub. Please review our Content Submission Guidelines. If you have a registered account with the DSG Hub, you are also able to share your information and opinions with other users or the general public by commenting on resources and blog posts.

If you choose to upload content to the DSG Hub, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All content you add to the site is not covered by intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other restrictions imposed by you or other parties that would prevent the content from being shared, except as noted in the Conditions of Use section below.
• If you have intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks on content you upload or share, by doing so, you automatically grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your content. It is a part of the public domain as long as it remains on our website.
• You may ask the DSG Hub to remove your content from the site by sending us a message via the Contact form. Once deleted from our site in its entirety, the license for us to use your content ends. However, even if you delete your content from our website, it may still be available on the internet due to caching (e.g., by proxy or reverse proxy servers or search engines) or by actions taken by other users of this website or others who may have downloaded or copied your content.
• The DSG Hub has the right to remove content at its discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland, United States. These terms will not limit any consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your state or country of residence.

Arbitration

The acting DSG Hub administrator (currently Global Communities) may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms of Use, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying in the United States.

Violation of Terms

We reserve the right to delete accounts, profiles, and content that violate these Terms of Use at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to notify you prior to deleting this information. We have a right to take legal action against you, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the website.

Changes to Terms of Use

The DSG Hub may revise and update these Terms of Use at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted. You are expectid to check this page from time to time and your continued use of the website means you accept and agree to any changes. However, should the DSG Hub alter the Terms of Use in a manner that materially reduces your rights, you will be provided notice and may be required to acknowledge such changes to continue using the website.

Entire Agreement
